WORKS EVERYWHERE

Protecteon - Protect your child online, and know what they are up to, wherever you are.

The unique architecture of Protecteon and Wild allows you to manage and monitor what your child is looking at online, wherever they are, wherever you are.

If you are on the train connected to a mobile network and your child is at a friend’s house on their friend’s WiFi, you can still see what pages they are looking at, what they are searching for on Google, what your settings have blocked, and block anything additional that you feel is inappropriate at any time.

If your child comes across a page/site that is blocked, they can submit a request to you from within Wild. You will receive the request wherever you are, and you can approve/deny it as you see fit. They will receive a notification within Wild once you have done so.

With Protecteon, you can see everything your child is doing on the Internet. This includes reviewing every page they browse to, every word they search on Google (see the Wild App tab above), every page that has been blocked from them by Protecteon’s filters or rules you have configured, and even allows you to locate them on a map at any time using iCloud, right from within the App.

ABOUT WILD

Wild Browser - Your child's gateway to a safe Internet.

Wild is a web browser like no other. It contains complex checking rules and filters. Your child’s Wild browser can be configured to run in one of two modes:

  • Allow Mode - the child can only browse the websites you add to the AllowList. ALL other websites on the Internet are blocked. This is the safest mode as you have complete control.
  • Block Mode - the child can browse EVERY site on the web with the exception of those you add to the BlockList. You can review every page the child is looking at within the 'Review Browsing History' section of Protecteon and block any you feel are inappropriate.

Getting Started

Protecteon and Wild are NOW AVAILABLE!

To get started with Protecteon you need to do the following:

  1. DOWNLOAD the Protecteon app from the App Store onto YOUR device
  2. Create a Protecteon 'Parent Account' in the Protecteon app
  3. Create 'Child Accounts' for each of your children within the Protecteon app
  4. DOWNLOAD the free Wild browser app from the App Store onto your CHILD'S devices
  5. Configure the Wild Browser on your child's devices (disable Safari) as per the tutorials (accessed within Protecteon or viewable here)
  6. Monitor and control your child's internet activity from within Protecteon!


Standard vs Licensed

The standard Protecteon app allows many features for you to monitor what your child is looking at on the Internet, what words they're searching for on Google, and see what content has been blocked by Protecteon's content filters. However, purchasing a yearly licence for each child within Protecteon un-locks all of the filtering and blocking tools. This will enable you to have full control over everything your child sees and does online. The yearly licence is available through a In-App Purchase within Protecteon. Simply touch 'Protect Now' on your child's account within Protecteon.
